A Smart Gram is a unique concept that ensures that villages have basic physical and social infratructure embedded with technology to improve governance, services and economic opportunities - a sustainable, inclusive and scalable development model.The program is five fold, concentrating on the following:

• Basic infrastructure.
• Integrated healthcare.
• Education and skill development by setting up smart gram training centers in each village for continuous up-gradation of skills based on the needs of the village
• IT connectivity leading to improvement in governance.
• Livelihood opportunities via Rural Economic Zones

As part of the skilling drive under SMARTGRAM, Mega matrix Pvt Ltd was approached by the National Skill Development Council (NSDC) to initiate Skill Development and Training Centers in four villages namely - Alipur, Dhaula, Rojka Meo and Tajnagar.
