Government Funded Projects for Training & employment generation and capacity building, industry and CSR supported projects for skilling and up-skilling youth and marginalised communities, entrepreneurship and incubation models which create sustained livelihood, are some of the areas through which we deliver this vision.

TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT GENERATION
Employment generation is one of the key aspects of the UN list of sustainable goals. We work with the government to deliver projects in the field of skilling and vocational training. We have successfully trained and placed candidates through various programs including
- ISDS of Ministry of Textiles
- NERTPS of Ministry of Textiles
- PMKVY, MSDE
We also run fee based models of training which align with NSQF standards and offer other employability and soft skill programs in our canters.
INDUSTRY ENGAGEMENT AND UP-SKILLING
With and ever changing environment, employees need to constantly up skill them selves on various topics
within their own domain, and with respect to industry up-gradation . Unless this is not constantly done, companies can’t sustain a profitable growth rate in the years to come.
Mega Matrix provides a solution through its product ScoreCard® which helps employers evaluate organisational skill gaps and consider capsule courses for constantly refreshing their staff.
Being and empaneled organisation, of National Skill Development Corporation - Mega matrix works to set up a in house training environment with industry and provides subject matter experts to help keep the manpower NSQF certified and up to date. This is done through training programs which are designed by industry experts and delivered in a hybrid model of class room and online delivery.
INCUBATION MODEL AND MARKET LINKAGES
Skilled workers and industry are often not in the same place. Innovative thinking is needed to bridge these gaps.
At Mega matrix, we create intervention through, skilling, technology, design and marketing strategies to bring demand to marginalised work groups and people in remote parts of the country
By generating demand in B2B and B2C formats for apparel and home textiles we provide the required intervention and hand holding to our communities and beneficiaries we help clients see the value in contributing to economic empowerment of people.
In some such models like the work we are doing with the inmates of Tihar Jail, we have regular orders being provided which helps inmates work while serving a sentence and have a chance to go back to society with a skill, some savings and reducing the chance of going back to crime as a means of existence. We take pride in such initiatives which reflect the social aspect of our business vision.
In the North East we are trying to create demand for orders to help women sustain employment in their native villages, thereby reducing women trafficking and forced migration.
In Udaipur, we are working with Narayan Seva Sansthan and helping differently abled youth learn to produce in industrial machines. The NSS proposes to sustain these candidates through their internal demand and demand of state government and schools for production of apparel.
